they KNOW that i like the ipad more so they take that so i only have access to my tablet and phone
ALSO i have less stuff on my phone i cant even open some apps that take up high data because it just crashes it and the battery runs out fast on my tablet so i have to keep the plug in

If your parents aren't too overprotective, usually I'd just go outside. If you're in an urban or suburb of an urban area, there usually should be some place where you can sit and chill.

When I was younger my parents would flip even if I was on le pc for an hour but was fine with me being gone for the whole day, as I was going outside. So I'd just bring my laptop, go to the local library, and comfypost on their big reading chairs for hours. It was very nice. If the iPad is yours, you could probably do something similar.
